{"ok":true,"version":"v1","body":"NUM EXPERT TERMS — v1\n\nWho this is between\nThese terms are between you and 5arz Inc., which operates Num. You are an\nindependent contractor. You are not an employee, you set your own hours, and\nnothing here creates an employment relationship, a partnership or an agency.\n\nWhat you do\nYou introduce local businesses to Num. You use your own code and card. You may\ntell a business what Num does and help them claim their listing. You may not\nsign anything on a business's behalf, take money from them, or say that you\nspeak for Num beyond introducing it.\n\nWhat you are paid\nThree things, and all three are recorded against your account on the day you\njoin. If Num changes the programme later, your rates do not change.\n\n1. A finder's fee for each business you introduce, released only once that\n   business has produced its first qualifying revenue to Num. Nothing is paid\n   for a signature.\n2. A share of the commission Num earns on that business's bookings.\n3. A share of that business's subscription revenue, where they have one.\n\nShares (2) and (3) run for a fixed term per business, starting on the day that\nbusiness first produces revenue — not the day they signed.\n\nYou can see your current rates, and the term, in your Num Expert dashboard at\nany time. Nothing owed to you can exceed what Num actually collected from that\nbusiness.\n\nWho gets credit\nThe first Expert to introduce a business gets it, and the credit does not\ntransfer. You cannot claim a business that is already on Num, one already\nintroduced by another Expert, or one you own or control yourself.\n\nLimits\nThere is a cap on how many introductions can be banked in a month. It exists to\nkeep the programme honest and it applies to everybody.\n\nTax\nYou are responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires it, 5arz Inc.\nwill collect tax details from you before paying anything, and will report what\nit pays you to the relevant authority.\n\nWhen it ends\nEither side can end this at any time, in writing. If you stop being an Expert,\nyou keep what has already been earned on businesses already activated, for the\nremainder of their term, unless the arrangement ended because of fraud or\nmisrepresentation.\n\nHonesty\nDo not misrepresent what Num is, what it costs a business, or what it can do.\nDo not claim to be Num staff. Do not sign a business up without them knowing.\nAny of these ends the arrangement and voids unpaid earnings.\n\nChanges\nWe may publish new versions of these terms.
