If we can’t issue your eSIM, you get a full refund. If our network partner confirms the eSIM itself is at fault, we replace it or refund it. Unused eSIMs, the wrong plan or country, and locked or unsupported phones aren’t refundable. This doesn’t limit your rights under local consumer law. Terms

Will it work on my phone?

The five-second test: open the phone app and dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, your phone has eSIM.

iPhone: every iPhone from the XR and XS (2018) on has eSIM, and the SE from 2020. Most iPhones sold in mainland China do not.

It must be unlocked too: Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock should say "No SIM restrictions".

Android: Google Pixel 3 and later. Samsung Galaxy S20 and later (not US S20 models), Note 20, and every Z Fold and Z Flip. Many recent Motorola, OPPO, Xiaomi and other phones too.

It must be unlocked too: a phone from a carrier contract may be locked to it. Your carrier can tell you.
