NUM is not the Indonesia government. You can apply yourself on the official site for the government fee alone. Official site. NUM charges $9.99 for the time, and the decision is the government’s alone: nobody can promise approval or speed it up. Bali also wants the IDR 150,000 tourist levy and the All Indonesia arrival card — Num links both.

Decision: Usually within a day. Valid: 30 days, extendable once; use within 90 days.
