Answer these yourself

Num never answers these for anyone. Your answers go onto the official form word for word.

Have you ever been arrested or convicted of a criminal offence in any country?
Do you have a communicable disease of public-health significance (for example active tuberculosis)?
Have you ever been refused a visa or entry to this country, been deported or removed, or broken its immigration rules?

Passport details and photos go straight into NUM’s secure document store, are used only for this application, and are deleted the moment it’s filed — and by a set date no matter what. If NUM can’t file it, you get every dollar back.
