NUM is not the United States government. You can apply yourself on the official site for the government fee alone. Official site. NUM charges $9.99 for the time, and the decision is the government’s alone: nobody can promise approval or speed it up. Visa Waiver Program passports only. Not for anyone who has travelled to the seven listed countries since 2011 — they need a visa.

Decision: Usually within 72 hours. Valid: Two years, multiple trips.
